ECOLOGICAL AND ECONOMICAL STABILISATION

Inflatable cushions from Propagroup are the ideal, economical and environmentally friendly solution for stabilising and securing loads during transport. Used to fill empty spaces, these cushions provide optimal protection for goods, preventing damage or unwanted movement.

To secure the load, simply insert one or more cushions into the empty spaces and inflate them using the valve provided. Once the ideal pressure is reached, the cushions will immobilise the goods, effectively protecting them from shocks, vibrations or sudden movements, and ensuring safe and trouble-free transport.

 
 

They are made entirely of high-strength polyethylene film, a feature that makes them easily disposable and recyclable.

The use of high-quality raw materials, combined with technologically advanced production processes, enables the production of particularly strong and durable dunnage bags.

 

 

They are made of two layers of plastic materials that give them a very high resistance to bursting.

They are also equipped with a rigid valve for rapid inflation with the JETFLOW system, which allows a significant reduction in set-up time.

PROPARGO cushions can be reused by deflating them after use.

 

It is crucial to bear in mind that global circular economy regulations will continue to limit the use of non-recyclable or non-recoverable products for load securing and void filling.

PROPABLANK and PROPARGO cushions are designed with the environment in mind. Once inflated, they contain 95 per cent air and only 5 per cent recyclable or reusable plastic, helping to reduce environmental impact without compromising transport efficiency.

PROPABLANK cushions are available in two valve versions:

  • the flexible valve with the classic inflation system
  • the rigid valve with rapid inflation.
  •  

Both are to be used with a special gun, which can be easily adapted to any compressed air circuit.

PROPARGO cushions, on the other hand, are only available with the JetFlow rigid quick-inflation valve, to guarantee greater efficiency and speed in the inflation process.
